Trademark Lookup

Search trademark registries across the US, EU, and internationally in one click. Each search opens the selected registry in a new tab with your query pre-filled.

Search in

Selecting multiple registries opens each in a separate tab. Exact availability of pre-filled search depends on each registry's interface.

How trademark search works

  • USPTO TESS — covers all US federal trademark registrations and applications. Search by mark name, owner, or goods/services class.
  • EUIPO eSearch — searches all EU Trade Marks (EUTM), which are valid across all 27 EU member states.
  • WIPO BRANDDB — searches marks registered under the Madrid System for international protection.
  • IP Thailand (DIP) — Thailand's Department of Intellectual Property trademark register.

Frequently asked

Which trademark registries does this cover?

The four primary entries (USPTO, EUIPO, WIPO BRANDDB, IP Thailand) are pre-filled with the search term so a single click runs the same query in each. Twelve more (CIPO Canada, IPAustralia, UK IPO, DPMA Germany, INPI France, JPO Japan, KIPO South Korea, CNIPA China, MyIPO Malaysia, IPOPHL Philippines, IPOS Singapore, and CourtListener for US court records) are linked directly — those registries' search interfaces don't accept query parameters, so we send you to their search page.

Is this legal advice?

No. We link to public trademark databases for research and clearance preview only. The results from any of these registries are not a substitute for a professional clearance search performed by a licensed trademark attorney. Get one before you file or invest in a brand.

How do I check a brand internationally?

Run WIPO BRANDDB first — it covers marks registered under the Madrid System, which gives international protection across member countries with a single registration. Then check the specific national registries for any country you have a customer base in. The EU is covered as a single jurisdiction via EUIPO; the UK is now separate post-Brexit.
