Service-page corrections (verified)

If you represent a service we track and want to update the official status feed, description, or links: email us from an official company domain. Personal addresses for company-page changes go through an extra verification step.

How quickly do you reply?

We aim for 24–48 hours on business days. Weekends and holidays slow us down. If a reply is genuinely urgent (security disclosure, takedown, defamation concern), put "URGENT" in the subject line and we will move it to the top of the inbox.

I think a status verdict on the site is wrong. Who do I tell?

Email support@statusdetector.com (or DM us on X) with the service URL, the verdict we are showing, what you are actually seeing, and the timestamp. We will trace through the underlying signals and either correct the cached verdict or update the scoring rule that produced it.

I represent a service that appears on the site. Can I request changes?

Yes. Email us from an official company domain (not a personal address) with the change you want — usually an updated status feed URL, a corrected description, or a takedown of an out-of-date claim. We verify the domain and respond within the same 24–48 hour window.

Is this an appropriate channel for press inquiries?

Yes. Email us with your outlet, deadline, and the angle you're working on. Our press kit at /press has the boilerplate bio, logo files, and the stats we encourage citing. We can usually turn around a written quote within a day if you give us a clear ask.
