A form resubmission is required to reload the page. Chrome loaded this page once from a POST request and needs new data to reload it — it won't re-send the form automatically.
Why this happens
- The page was loaded via a form submission (POST request)
- You pressed F5/Refresh after submitting a checkout or login form
- Back-forward cache doesn't apply to POST responses
How to fix it

Click the "Confirm" / "Reload" button in the browser dialog if prompted

Navigate back to the form and resubmit

For checkout pages, go back to the start rather than refreshing
