ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUTConnection Timed Out
The TCP connection handshake did not complete within the timeout period. The server is either unreachable or a firewall is blocking the connection silently.
Why this happens
- Server or network firewall silently dropping SYN packets
- Server is offline but DNS still resolves (records not updated)
- Your network has high packet loss
- The server's IP address changed but DNS hasn't updated yet
- Your ISP is throttling or blocking the traffic
