Why this happens

  • Your router's WAN connection dropped
  • ISP outage in your area
  • DHCP lease expired and wasn't renewed
  • Network adapter driver issue
  • VPN or proxy broke the connection

How to fix it

    Check that other devices on the same network can reach the internet

    Restart your router and wait 60 seconds

    Run the Windows network troubleshooter or macOS network diagnostics

    Check your ISP's status page for outage information

  5. 5

    Release and renew your IP: "ipconfig /release && ipconfig /renew" on Windows
