Name Not Resolved

DNS lookup failed — the domain name could not be translated to an IP address. Either the domain doesn't exist, DNS is broken, or your internet connection is down.

Why this happens

  • You're offline or your internet connection is disrupted
  • The domain name is misspelled or doesn't exist
  • Your DNS server is temporarily unavailable
  • The domain expired and was removed from DNS
  • Local DNS cache has a stale or corrupt entry

How to fix it

  1. 1

Check your internet connection — open another site first

  2. 2

Verify the domain is spelled correctly

  3. 3

Flush your DNS cache: run "ipconfig /flushdns" (Windows) or "sudo dscacheutil -flushcache" (macOS)

  4. 4

Switch to a faster DNS server: Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) or Google (8.8.8.8)

  5. 5

Try the site on mobile data to rule out your home network's DNS
