  • File upload and download failures while messaging continues to work.
  • Search index lag after large message bursts, where recent messages are missing from search results.
  • Notifications not firing on mobile while the desktop app receives messages normally.
  • Workspace admin / SSO issues that affect login but not already-authenticated sessions.
